To prevent or mitigate the
effects of fire and disasters, either natural or manmade, on the citizens of
the State of Connecticut.
CFPA members are ready to respond twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. They are mainly alerted to incidents by either pagers, that are able to receive several notification networks in our state, or by radio, on the Hartford Citywide Radio Association frequencies.
