59 th Anniversary of the CFMA
President Bruce Varga called the April meeting of the Association to order with a salute to the flag at 6PM April 24, 2006 .
A memorial service was led by Peter Phelan in Honor of all our departed members.
President Varga asked for a motion to accept the minutes of the March 2006 meeting. A motion was made and seconded. Passed
Treasurer Francolini gave the following report:

Committee Reports
Board of Directors: Art Higgins thanked all the members on behalf of the BOD for a good year and all committee chairmen for the fine work they have
performed.
OEDM: Sue Vaughn stated the new pre-certification class that will consist of evening classes is in discussions to begin in January 2007, anyone interested
should contact Sue as she needs a minimum to have the class and the class may last up to 18 months.

President Varga asked for any nominations from the floor, with none forthcoming the nominations were closed. Elections will be held at the May meeting.

President Varga thanked the UNH Interns that were an invaluable asset to this year's conference.
Fire Service Day will be February 28 th at the Capital from 9AM to 2PM
With no other business to come before the Association a motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting. Passed 6:20 PM
